Refund

I'm so dispointed with Snatcher SA online I bought items from them April 2024 they delivered wrong ones I notified them same day and the goods was send back to them, till to date they don't want to refund me back they don't even respond back to me. I asked them why they deliver wrong items they informed me that the items I bought is out of stock my surprise is the same items they indicated they don't have it they are still advertising it on their website. Support their business at your own risk they don't care about their customers and lots of customers complains about them and they delete their comments on their fb page I won't rest until I receive my refund back
