REFUND!!!!

I had a very bad experience with Snatcher. I ordered a smart tv with them they sent me an LED Tv. I returned the tv 3 weeks ago now I am struggling to get my refund . I have been making a follow up with them on when will I get my refund but I don don’t get a clear indication of when my money will be returned . They keep on saying they will follow up where’s I was told I will receive my money Whithin 7 days
