Rechargeable Radios

I want to give no stars but unfortunately this is not an option. I purchased rechargeable radios, the next day I received an email to say items I purchased is no longer available and had to settle for similar items. I received the radios and charged them. To my disgust when I wanted to use it, they weren't working. When I opened the radios, the actual batteries that had been 'charged' were not in the radios. Missing! Gone! So what was the point of buying "rechargeable" radios if the most important component is not there. I have emailed them to remedy this but I have not heard from them as yet. I will not recommend Snatcher.
