Really Disappointed - Supplier No Stock and Never Refunded

Placed an order on their website which looked good, then was informed after 1 week that their supplier no longer have the stock available which we chose alternative items. Then only to be informed that the alternative items are also not in stock, and their supplier didn't have anything else that we liked. So, I've requested for them to cancel the order and refund the purchase. The order was cancelled on 17/07/2023 and until today I still haven't received my refund. Their *** number no longer accepts calls and their *** is now disabled, so I'm guessing that I will never receive my refund. This was my first order with them and I'm really disappointed, will never use them again.
