Really bad lying service. People need to do homework prior ordering from this online shop

Ordered something from snatcher. Unfortunately the item was unavailable. We then proceeded to get something else. Dorothy Maake assisted me. They gave me a wrong tracking number and need to be rectified. This is not the first time ordering from them. I still gave them a good rating. But now the failing in all aspects. All i need is the item i ordered .
