I ordered several items with them, THE ELECTRONIC FOOT FILE DIDN'T WORK, I cant return it because I used the other manual foot file and it came in a pack. Their "policy" is if you don't return goods in original packaging you don't get refund, and you have to arrange to get the product back from them. Their images are false representation. The handbag I bought was actually one that kids play with, I bought two snorkel sets, one adult, one child. They sent me two child size, also too small for my 7 year old. I can only return one because I opened the other. A handling fee of 15% will be deducted from the refund price .Client is liable for courier cost.
