RAF stainless 2.7L kettle

I bought a kettle RAF 2.7L stainless steel and just by looking at it it's plastic on the outside so I checked the inside which maybe the stainless steel they are selling. I measured it and threw in water which came out to be 1.7L not what was advertised and the cordless stands plug doesn't fit in the normal round 2 point plug which means I can't even use it after I complained about the false advertising I was told to return it at my cost to Joburg of which I refuse to do bt I have decided that I will never recommend or buy from snatcher I believe they sell poor quality products and as long as the product is out of their possession they don't care about your feelings after that. I still have in a it's box because I have no use for it it's useless
