Order placed and paid for on 17 July, after 12 business days, the order is still saying in progress, followed up, only got a generic reply about it has not been fulfilled yet, asked when it can be expected, was told it would be escalated with the supplier, after sending another follow up 2 days later, since no more feedback was received and the order is still in progress, according to the site.
