Quality of product and general comment to improve service

Reason for a 3 is because if the projector, only 3 slides display correctly all the other slides the images were fitted incorrectly, so displaying upside down. Only one wat to slide it into the slider mechanism so cannot adjust. The other products I am happy with, considering the price I paid. There was a delay with delivery but due to the fact that I placed my order too late, so received after they opened again in January. Order was quickly processed after they reopened in the New Year. When I queried my order early in January I received the automated message with date that they will be closed, pith though that a telephone number is not provided for telephonic enquiries. Maybe consider this in future to render a good customer support service. Sometime one just need more information about a product.
