****py return policy

If i had an option i would give them no star ... Delivery is very slow but eventually gets to you...when one of the items from your order is damaged the customers are apparently reliable for the return of the product it doesn't matter where your from...i ma stuck with 2 items i tried to send back to them,, at 1st they told me it's not a problem but they will deduct 15% processing fee for my refund and suddenly i am liable to send the damaged item to their warehouse, ***.

Buy at your own risk knowing that their return policy is ****, i regret my purchase with them after the money I spent.. I am really furious right now
