Putrid Service

I placed an order on 21 August and made a payment. My order status has remained on awaiting payment since. Your FAQ states to contact you after 48hours if payment had not cleared however there is no way of getting I'm contact telephonically but numbers are advertised on your web. I have tried the contact is page as well, Facebook messenger as well as email and to date have not had a response.

Your service is putrid and you have no sense of good customer experience.

Can I please have my matter resolved.
