I ordered articles from Snatcher via their online system on two occasions and not one was delivered correctly and I still have not received what I should have got. One order was done on 6 June and the other on 14 June 2021. The delivery of the article ordered on 6 June is faulty and to date nothing or any feedback was received in this circumstance. Speaking or contacting them by email is like speaking to a computer and only get austomized feedback as the computer do not understand what I am saying. The only person there who did something positive was a lady called Kyle van Heerden. She at least listened and did something positive.
