Promissed refund for order 341638 not received

I made a online purchase on 1 december 2023. As I received no vonfirmation or email I decided to cancell order 4 December. I send them a email in said date. I received a email from Kamelo Thulasize customer agrnt to inform me thet there will be a 15% csncellation fee. As it was within 7 days i did not think this dair as according to Sa law I can chsnge my mind in 7 days gowewver I accepted this and send my banking datails. On 4 december Kabelo informed my I will be refunded in 7 working days. It has been 110 wok days and I still have not neceivwd s refunds
