Products I bought from snatcher

Bad first they let me know about a product that was out of stock so I said send me another I will pay the money afther paying anotheR 160 in they send me a parcel received the parcel in Monday afther opening the parcel on Tuesday there was only 2 products In one missing ,the sewing machine is second hand and the instructions is of a led light nothing to do with sewing matching,the pan handle is new so I will keep it,the rest must go back I send them all ready 4 emails to give me back my money no answer,seriously not the way to do business,iam really cross because they owe me 439 rand and they don't respond to my emails
