Product purchased not delivered Snatcher online

On the 26th of January 2021 , I purchased a product from Snathcher online today being the 21 of of Februsry 2021 I have still not received the product I purchased online. I Was was sent a message that my parcel was being delivered and I was unable to be contacted. This was most surprising cos of lockdown I am mostly working form home and my phone was always on. This is the worse online service I have ever experienced. I have actually lost my money they way it seems. Please be carefull when shopping here from snatcher online.
