Pricing good but need to work on service...

Snatcher pricing not bad. Only problem I have when ordering something which is from China, the order takes longer to come. Unfortunately my order which finally came last week, I was told, only after I queried about my order, that the one item from China is sold out. I'm suppose to receive refund after 7 working days and it's now over 7 working days... I'm still waiting for refund. Also the item I was told is sold out is still showing on there online site today..??? So just be carefull when you want to buy something from Snatcher which is from another country, most probably China, confirm if available and how long to deliver...
