Pretty Sure this Company is a ****.

I'm pretty sure this company is a ****. Received a glass pot broken in shards in an unsealed box from them. Logged a complaint with "customer service" and got the run around. It's been months, they still haven't refunded me or made arrangements to collect the glass box.
