SNATCHER has very bad customer liason. They not only take long to refund, but have to be reminded. & WHEN a product melts and buckled on the stove, they just say, " OUR PRODUCT PROVIDER SENT IT IN GOOD CONDITION ". How ridiculous. Of course it's in good condition, UNTIL YOU USE IT. PUMPKIN PRESSURE POT. BUCKLED AND BLACKENED on medium/low heat.
