Praise for Snatcher

I would personally like to praise Snatcher for the incredible customer service that I received.

When my purchase was delivered on Monday it was discovered that one of my items had not been packed. Normally it takes weeks for an online company to respond and then another few weeks to deal with the issue, however not Snatcher.

Not only did they reply within an hour, but they ensured that my item was delivered to me within three days.

I am truly so impressed and would recommend this online store to anyone.
