Pour service

Shocking after sale customer service. Placed my order on the 2nd of Feb with Snatcher. The product I ordered had a missing component. I requested a replacement, my faulty unit was only collected last week after multiple calls and emails following up. I’m now chasing up for info as to when I’ll receive my replacement unit. I cant even get an accurate ETA as to when I’ll receive the replacement.
