**** pour and useless

Can't go lower that 1 star if I could go in the minuses for stars i will for how **** pour this business is, 1st the kept on saying its in progress, Then out of the blue they can't get the simply tablet cover!! Now when I want a refund they want to charge a 15% cancellation fee!! They say this nowhere on there website!! There sales representative don't even know what the other is telling there customers!!
