Possibly ****med by Snatcher

I ordered a few items in December, snatcher informed me of a delivery date. I did not receive the order on the day that it was supposed to be delivered , I had to email to ask for a reason as no communication was provided, I was told they were waiting for the supplier to send 1 product, after some time I was informed that item was out of stock and I would be getting a credit for it the rest of the items would be delivered within the week, I get a message from the courier company informing me there was a failed delivery attempt and when I emailed to find about it, the response I got was a tracking link telling me once again there was a failed delivery attempt with no explanation as to why it failed or when I would be receiving my order. It feels as though I've just been ****med.
