Portable Solar power bank

Bought a portableSolar power bank. Received the wrong colour. The item does not switch on, I had it in the sun to charge and still not switching on. I logged a complaint on the website with a photo. Response I received was to submit photos of the item and a video showing that it is not working, which I did. Still have not received any feedback. Not a happy customer.
