Poorest of service😩

So december made an order of a headboard to to snatcher reicieved it after 3 weeks came in demaged so returned it the same day so I requested an exchange and I basically waited a month after continuously contacting them about an order i then decided that i should just forget about the item and actually get my money back guess what they said 7 days il be able to get my money its now 9 days i still didn’t receive my money back im so tired of this company its really draining my emotions ive never recieved such poor service from an online platform i regret making a purchase what kind of company does not even attempt to make communication to you as a client while waiting for the products they selling when they experience delays. I want my money back as in tomorrow ek is gat vol
