poor support and **** products

sorry was first and last time I will use snatcher i placed an order 10Jan2022 after follow up 5x was told order delaying due to a color of a fan.i mean have you never heard of email the customer tell them.i changed the color got order finally beginning Feb and surprise surprise no DAM FAN no reasons why I get hold of them yet again oh supplier not stocking it anymore.demand a refund got less than i actually paid but hell rather than wait for ever.so my review don't touch them. Even the meat tenderizer was cheap **** nothing like pic.i could have gone to the china mall paid 1/2amount for the same ****.
