Poor snatcher return, refund and cancel. Think twice

I made a purchase that was delivered 25 days after payment received and acknowledge. In the meantime, I canceled an item which should have just been removed off the items as nothing was packed. I received the order 2 weeks after the item was canceled and the item is included I requested refund and made it clear about the canceled They just explain the general policy and not looking at my case. They just blocked communication on this
