POOR SERVICE/LACK OF COMMUNICATION

I am disappointed with the poor service and lack of communication from Snatcher. I ordered and paid for an order on 24/05/2022 for a gift intended 05/06/2022. I only received my order on 22/06/2022. After I made several follow-ups myself and I was told that there are some backlogs.
