Poor service, **** and very ********* in service delivery and customer service.

I purchased a hair curler from Snatcher they were efficient in the delivery. However the product has defects, being an ELECTRONIC product this is supposed to be dealt with immediately, the curler does not work properly after 5 curls or so it just stops working and the lights which signals temperature etc is blur, and this product is just made very cheaply. I charged it over 2r hours and as soon as I switched it on to use one bar on the battery life dropped. I requested a return on 8 April and followed up with emails on 13 April. Up until today no response was made as to when they will pick up the product or even try to find out what's wrong, not even a phone call. I was requested to log it online which I did and nothing was done. Please DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS ONLINE COMPANY AS THEY GO SILENT ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY AND SEND YOU DEFECTED PRODUCTS, THEY ARE A ****, VERY INEFFICIENT, VERY ********* AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

THIS IS WHY PEOPLE ARE SKEPTICAL TO PURCHASE ONLINE..BUT RATHER SUPPORT BUSINESSES THAT ARE WELL KNOWN AND RELIABLE. These places will give you a run for your money, i will never purchase from here, or accept a replacement. Please do not purchase and waste your money shopping online with Snatcher.
