Poor service or ****? Snatcher!

I placed an order on 29 May, and according to their promise, they said delivery within 10 days - it is now 16 days later. When I queried this, I got a canned message that part of my order they were still waiting for from the supplier - trouble is, the order was ONE item only. Further enquiries were met with cold silence. My money has been paid, and they acknowledged receipt thereof, but no goods yet!!! This is extremely poor business practice at best!!! At worst, possibly a **** company?
