POOR SERVICE ON RETURNS

I have requested an return on the 24th but still no update on when or how. I have added a few thing to my basket meanwhile but I'm very hesitant to make the purchase because of this. Its very sad but i will not advice anyone to buy something they aren't 100 sure about from Snatcher.
