POOR SERVICE - NON-DELIVERY

I feel stupid not having researched this company before I paid for an order that now suddenly is out of stock. They just do not respond and I now cannot even access the online account! I suppose I will have a battle to have my money refunded, but will not stop trying. Everybody, BEWARE of this company! They advertise and make you pay for goods they do not have stock of, and then give you the run-around, simply do not respond, and if they do, they make false promises!!
