Poor service, incomplete parcel, no refund

Will never buy from them again. Took more than a month for delivery. Can only contact through e-mail. Response very poor. When I received parcel, not everything was included. Akes for refund. Waiting for refund now for more that 3 months and when I mailed before, if they respond they will just say it is in process, but don't even respond anymore. So, no refund for me
