Poor Service From Snatcher Online

I ordered a water purifier from Snatcher Online. I received the purifier with no instructions. I wrote to Snatcher and asked for these to be emailed to me. 10 days later I am still waiting. Snatcher initially answered and said they would follow up with the supplier but to date no instructions have been emailed and Snatcher seem to be ignoring my last 2 emails I have sent. Quick enough to process my order and take my money but very poor after sale service!
