Poor service from Snatcher

I purchased a hand held chain Saw in February 2024. Battery faulty. Did not last two minutes. Returned it in March 2024. Waited two weeks for replacement. No joy. I then request for a refund on the 14 April 2024. To date I have not received any refund. Snatcher reference 360849
