Poor Service From Customer Service Agent, Ruth

Unfortunately, I will never order from this store again. The customer service agent, Ruth ignores emails and when you're lucky enough to receive one the information she provides is absolutely useless. Despite asking her for a response, she continues to ignore you. The impression she creates is that they simply do not care about their customers. I'm frustrated and feel that I should order a substitute gift instead as I will not be receiving my order on time, nor will I be receiving any useful information. Such disappointing service. They don't even deserve 1 star.
