Poor service

Fisrstly I waited for a month for a order that was suppose to have a ten day lead time. Now my order was apparently delivered but the recipient is completely unknown Clearly parcel was delivered to the wrong address Neither Snatcher nor the courier company bothers to return any calls for complaints logged. It would seem this company is a hoax and out to ***** your money AVOID THEM
