POOR SERVICE

I placed an order and chose the paylfex payment option. The first installment went through but on your side you are still saying awaiting payment. I've reached out via email, facebook and instagram but no joy. At this rate I'd rather want to cancel my order and buy somewhere else. The fact that I cannot call your company is even worse
