Poor service delivery...

Bought 3 items. Took weeks to dispatch. When l followed up, only then was l told that they could not locate one item. Took another 2 weeks to let me know that it was out of stock & only then, they dispatched. It has been over 6weeks now and still have NOT received my refund of the item that was out of stock. Only good thing is the customer care team who make follow ups, but zero action. Very poor service delivery. I would not buy from them again unless l am desperate. They also charge for courier regardless of amount spent.
