Poor service delivery

I waited over 18 days for my product and received very little communication from snatcher. The first time I reached out to them, they referred me to their one pager picture diagram of their so-called delivery process. The second time I reached out to them, they said they were experiencing delays with their supplier. The moment I received that bit of feedback, I submitted a request to cancel my order. Not even half an hour later, they told me my order was being packaged and would be delivered soon. About 5 days later, I received my product. The big box did not look tampered with or damaged in any way, but when I opened the box, the smaller box my product was in was damaged. I tested my product and luckily it still worked, but I would not recommend snatcher to anyone. Poor communication, extremely long waiting times and they only appear to respond when you want to cancel the order.
