Poor Service delivery

Took a month to get delivery. Ordered 15th Nov, received 14th Dec. Service delivery poor - needs improvement. I admit my mistake was not putting order number for reference but sent them an email as soon as I noticed same day. Took them weeks just to allocated. If it's system issues then they also need to upgrade their systems.
