Poor service, delayed, inferior quality product waiting now over a month and a half for a resolution.

I received the "replacement" inverter today.

I have the following issues with it: 1. The fan is rattling inside the unit and is not attached-poor quality. 2. It is a far inferior quality product to what I originally ordered. 3. It only gives 500W continuous power. I want 1000W continuous power inverter. Which I believe is what I originally ordered.
