Poor Service & Damaged Product

Ordered an iPad replacement screen, the screen was delivered in box that looked like it was run-over by a truck. I was not surprised when I opened the box to find the screen itself was indeed shattered and not usable. I contacted Snatcher, sent them pictures of the box and the screen a week ago, but I have not received any further response.

I like doing business with Snatcher, but I cannot do so if I cannot trust that the products I order will be delivered in good condition and that I will receive prompt customer service if there are any problems.

Snatcher can shove the over R600 I paid, will most certainly shop somewhere else in future.
