Poor service

After 10 days my order was nit despatched fir delivery. After writing to Snatcher the goods eventually arrived a few days later. However, one item was not delivered and there was no notification of the short-delivery. Only when I wrote to Snatcher that they informed me that there was no stock. A refund is still outstanding. Snatcher should not gave accepted my order and money if they had no stock.

Further, once I placed the order I was bombarded with up to 7 emails a days promoting their sale items. This is quite annoying and an invasion of my privacy.
