Poor service
I ordered on 7 August 2023, no communication, 25 August 2023 I sent an email, the response supplier out of stock, no communication. 1 September 2023, they are experiencing supplier delays, 1 September 2023 the supplier is out of stock. I have sent numerous emails for a refund with NO response of acknowledgment. Poor service.

To my knowledge 48 hours have passed.
You have all my documentation required! Not only is your customer service and communication poor, your empty promises are failing as well.
This was my first purchase, and definitely my last.
