Poor service

Very annoyed with Snatcher service, or should I say lack thereof. I ordered on the 14th October 4 items.

The delivery company sends a tracking number on the 21st Ocotober that they have my goods but when I call them they say they are awaiting for payment from Snatcher. They eventually deliver on the 24th only for me to find 3 items I ordered and 1 that I did not. The main item I wanted was not included.

No number to call of course and if you use the chat support option you are lucky to get a response. Complained by email as well and the reply was not coherent.

Now I receive a message that my order is complete, no reply help with my complaint.

Very annoying.
