Poor service as always from Snatcher

This online platform is just utterly useless. First you never know hom long deliveries will take but as soon as the courier takes over everything is communicated very well. Then, I was sent a replacement product because the product I ordered was out of stock. I was not contacted to confirm whether this was ok or not I was just sent the product. I was not offered a refund either. Furthermore their returns policy is of such a nature that it would have been at my own cost. This is my second run in with them and their bad service amd I am now over it and over them. No communication and horrible customer service. Just don't support them people and save yourselves a lot of ****.
