Poor service and very poor communication

Poor service and very poor communication. I placed an order on the 10/07/2022. It was delivered a week later. But it was the incorrect product. Eventually they collected it to swop for the correct item. Then I hear there is no stock. They offer me a swop of a similar product or a refund. I rep**** with the product I would like to swop it for. This was over a week ago. I sent like 5 emails and no reply. Now what. Have they just taken my money and forgotten their obligation to their customer.
