POOR Service and Unprofessional

I ordered from them , it took about two weeks to three weeks to deliver my package .When it finally arrived it was the wrong item and not what i ordered, so i wright an email about it. I received an email were they want photos of the package so i did and received an email `we will come back to you`. It has been two weeks later still no response for a product i desperate need , a part of my toilet , poor service and unprofessional online buying. Never again will i buy from them again
