Poor service and still awaiting refund

I purchased an item through snatcher online on 24 December 2020. The purchase and payment went through without any hiccups. There was sufficient quantities available online and I was waiting in anticipation for my purchase. To my dismay I received a message from Snatcher on the 7th January 2021 that there was insufficient stock of the item. This was a real shock and a disappointment. There was a few messages back and forth and then Snatcher mentioned they will do a full refund. It is more than 3 weeks and I am still awaiting for my refund. I get responses that the customer services division is waiting for their account department to process the refund. It is ridiculous to have to wait this long for a refund. My 1st and last experience with snatcher. Will not recommend anybody to deal with them.
