Poor service and possible online ****

I would not recommend purchasing online from Snatcher. It was my first time purchasing from the online site and it will be my last. They do not adhere to the delivery process stipulated on their website. When sending emails to query my concerns the agents were not helpful at all. My order was cancelled without any communication with no indication as to when I will be refunded. I still await feedback from Snatcher as to why my order was cancelled and why I have received no indication of this and when I will be refunded. I'm beginning to think this might be an online ****
